History

Established in 1973.

In 1973 Elmore and Jackie Maine started Maine’s Custom Construction, Inc. in Corvallis. In 1996 their son John started PACE Heating and Air under Maine’s Custom Construction and in 2000 John purchased Maine’s Custom Construction from Elmore and Jackie. Since then PACE Heating and Air has been faithfully serving Corvallis, Albany and the surrounding areas.
