History

Established in 2007.

The owner of Temporary Heating Technologies was the former National Sales Manager for the temporary heating program of the largest rental company in North America. In 2007 he started his own company after being corporate downsized. The main part of the company provides temporary indirect heating equipment for some of the largest construction sites in New England. Indirect heating equipment is the latest technology being used in water restoration and structural drying. The company was providing drying services to its customers in the construction industry so it was a natural fit to also get involved with the residential market. In many cases when there is a water occurence problems result from improper drying of the area. The homeowner gets the standing water out but neglects to get the relative humidity down to a level to keep mold from growing. Temporary Heating Technologies offers the equipment and consultation to the homeowner to get area back to pre occurence conditions.

Meet the Business Owner

Brian B.

Business Owner

The owner of the company has a mechanical engineering degree and has been in the construction equipment rental industry for over 20 years. His company specializes in heating large construction sites with Indirect Heating Equipment. This equipment is also the latest thing being used in water restoration. Seeing an opportunity he recieved additional training and was IICRC certified as a water restoration technician and also recieved the Applied Structural Drying certification to clearly understand why Indirect Heating Equipment could dry out structures in many cases faster than dehumidification equipment. After getting the heating business securely established he finally had the time to implement and start the residential side of the business offering rental equipment and guidance to those who wanted to do alot of their flood cleanup themselves.
