Great place to get battery for your watch. They’ve done a couple of mine. No problems. Quick and inexpensive.

There was a time when I had to take my Rado watch to NYC or NJ just to have the battery replaced and then wait for at least a week for them to notify me that it was ready. For the last decade and a half, or so, I’ve been able to bring it to a local jeweler who would send it out of town and call me a week or two later to let me know it was ready for pickup. Today I was told by that same local jeweler while in their new flagship store, that they no longer were handling battery replacement for the Rado watch. Fortunately, their repair technician also highly recommended Time and Time Again just down the street in Colonie Center on the first level in a kiosk between the Cheesecake Factory and P F Chang, He said the owner was an «excellent» watch repairman. When I arrived at the kiosk where a sign hung stating«Watch batteries changed while you wait,» there was a man and a woman working on watches. I handed the man my Rado and asked if he could replace the battery. Without hesitation he said, «Rado, $ 25 plus tax.» As I responded in agreement, I expected him to suggest I go have a cup of coffee or something and come back in awhile. But he promptly proceeded to begin working on removing the back of the watch and in less than 10 minutes, maybe less than 5, he had finished the work, reset the time and date, cleaned the watch, and returned it to me. I’m ready to return here, time and time again, for any future battery replacements for watches in our family. And I’ll recommend them time and time again!

Came in to get my dead watch battery replaced, there was no waiting they replaced it while I waited. I was quite impressed considering it was a busy Saturday afternoon. They set the watch to the correct date & time and noticed the pin going to the chronograph was bent and fixed it at no charge. Total cost was less than $ 10.
