The WORST spa ever existing on planet Earth.
I came for laser treatments — had a couple of hairs of my chin and neck. A COUPLE.
Jayme is a nice girl, typical American doll — nice looking, sweet talking.
She gave me a ‘good price’ — I paid smth about 600 or 800 $, don’t remember now.
We started treatments. I never missed any. I have a brown skin and dark hairs. Initially, I should have NEVER done on my face — girls, DO NOT listen to their promises: laser DOES NOT work on face with dark hairs.
Jayme promised me the great result soon. In between the sessions, she said, I will shave. Once she mentioned that, I started panicking — but she reassured me that it is going to be fine.
Let me mention, she was ALWAYS changing the machines: the one was broken, another one did not come yet etc. Almost every time we used different ones.
So, month after month, I had no results. I was shaving my neck every two days cuz hairs reappeared as usual when you raze them. I saw nothing but very thick hair. 6 months later — nothing.
One day I come to her and I tell her that I am concerned, she said: Ok, trying new machine! Its gonna work. She put the highest régime and while she was doing the treatment, I smelled the burnt skin. I said: its burning, Jayme. It’s gonna be fine, she said.
Its been almost two years after that treatment. She got me a chemical burn all over my neck.
I had 200% more hairs than ever in that area. I am forced to do electrolysis every week because hairs became way too thick.
The burn was red for months.
The main doctor refused to reimburse money.
If I had more time I’d sue them. She definitely has NO rights to hold a license (if she has one).

Jayme is beyond amazing. Been having some laser hair removal done and she has been kind and extraordinarily thorough. Not my first time at the rodeo with getting this type of painful laser done and she’s been fantastic.
Lovely place and all who work there are very sweet and accommodating!
