If you have an Atari, bring it here. If you have anything else that you can’t live without for more than a couple of days, go elsewhere.
I had a problem that should not have taken that long to fix but it took this guy nearly 2 weeks. There was a lot of «my partner is out of town and he’s the only guy that can get in touch with the place we buy parts from» sort of crap. Seriously? If you are the only one in the shop and can’t connect with the «parts guy» then that’s a problem, no?
When I finally got my laptop back the case was cracked from where it had been taken apart for the repair. Unbelievable. Shortly thereafter I took it to another PC shop the next town over to finish what this guy couldn’t and it took all of 24 hours.
