Has gone downhill since acquired by Altezza. Friendly staff, but going the money route. They fired three maintenance people, so it takes several days to get repairs done. The maintenance personnel also routinely miss appointments and do not call to tell you they are not showing up. This never happened under Broadstone, so this is clearly an Altezza issue. Additionally, the pool is not cleaned frequently like it used to be. I expect that they will raise all rents too based on pricing I have seen from them. Appliances are 25 years old, and they will upgrade you for a monthly fee. Not recommended until Altezza gets their act together. In fairness, I will update this review if things get better (or worse).
