There were only two employees assisting customers and too many people were waiting. We came back for my mom’s iPhone 6s 64GB in gold. A few days ago, we came and employee told us it will be delivered to this store and will be ready for pick up when we come back. He even took my name and number.
We waited for 20 minutes to be assisted which was okay, since we were excited to get the new phone and the store practically smelled like pizza as it is located right beside Caesar’s Pizza. :)
When it was our turn, we were told they didnt have the iPhone and that if it was delivered to this store, it was probably already sold to somebody else. The guy we spoke to several days ago was not working that day. We asked this new guy to look up other att stores carrying iPhone 6s 64GB in gold. He then informed us that it is not available in any att store anywhere in New Mexico!
We were pissed! We went to the Apple store Uptown, a few miles away, and got it from there.
