Don’t give them your business. I got my car back long after they quoted because they «jump when Honda dealership says so» even though their motto says they treat all customers equally. I get my car back with the wrong side view mirror and I had to stop by multiple times because they never called to say it was done! I tell them about the mishap, my car goes back in for a few days, no call back again so I have stop by and call to get it again. This time I notice the body work coming apart and they inform me the insurance didn’t pay for all of the parts (stays). Shouldn’t a body shop advocate for the best they can do for you? This is common with body shops though so make sure the insurance pays to replace all parts. Don’t go here they suck.

Let’s talk about concepts! Honda highly recommended these guys. My initial visit was awesome. The owner gave me an estimate for my damages and was incredibly helpful with the info I needed for insurance purposes. My car had a three day repair time. On the third day I called and was told it would be ready the next day, which was the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I didn’t hear from them the next morning so I called that afternoon and asked the status on my vehicle. I was told it has been ready. (Here’s a concept, call when the vehicle is ready!)
I explained to the man on the other line that I couldn’t get a ride to pick up my vehicle until after 5. He said they would be closed at 5 and not open again until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. I told him I couldn’t wait until Tuesday so to please leave my keys hidden in my car and I would pick it up from their lot around 6. (It was paid for already). He assured me that he would leave the keys well hidden and told me to make sure not to leave it in the lot overnight because of theft. I told him there’s no way I would leave it and I appreciated him doing that. I show up at 6:30 pm and shop is shut down and my car is nowhere to be found. At that point, I have no idea if they forgot to leave it or if it’s been stolen. I try calling all the numbers available for the shop and even the tow company they use and nothing! I look at the company’s Facebook page and I found the owner so I messaged him in desperation. Nothing. So I’m left the holiday weekend without my vehicle and not sure if it’s in a garage or stolen. I had many events happening that weekend and I was totally inconvenienced. When the owner got my message Monday, he messaged me back via Facebook and apologized twice. At this point I wasn’t angry, just irritated that I had to borrow a car from a friend for memorial day weekend shenanigans. When I went to pick up my vehicle Tuesday morning, the owner was on the phone. I waited about five minutes and he continued his conversation on the phone and handed me my invoice. while staying on the phone he said to me the car looks really great and he was sorry, thanked me and then continued his phone conversation as I left. Here’s a «Concept» for Auto Body Concepts. If you make a mistake that inconveniences a customer, you offer to make it better. Whether it be a discount or a sincere apology with an explanation. Get off the phone and take care of business in front of you. I feel like he completely avoided me! I was willing to brush it off but two weeks later I’m on Unilocal because I can’t get over how badly this was handled. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend them because of the lack of customer service and care. It’s really too bad because they did a great job on the body work, hence the 3 stars. I’m being generous really.
