History

Established in 1951.

Founded in 1951 by Mac and Ione Beauchamp, and now run by their son Ron, Beauchamp Jewelers’ focus is to provide Albuquerque with unique, quality jewelry and watches, represented in the most honest and ethical manner possible.

Business Owner

Ron Beauchamp has been designing jewelry since the early 1970s, and has won several prestigious design awards including a Spectrum Award (sponsored by the American Gem Trade Association and featuring excellence in design with precious colored gemstones) in 1988, and in 1997 the Premier Award from the N.M. Jewelers Association. Most recently, two other staff members, Hugo Carson and Navada Swan won awards from the annual «All that Glitters» design competition sponsored by the NMJA.

Beauchamp Jewelers believes strongly in supporting the community that supports us, we regularly provide donations to a variety of charitable organizations including: Newspapers in Education, N.M. Museum of Natural History, All Faiths Receiving Home, Susan G. Komen Foundation, American Cancer Society, Jewish Community Foundation, National Hispanic Cultural Center, Service League of the University of N.M. Hospital, Adaptive Ski Program (Ron Beauchamp is a member of the board of directors), Cuidando Los Ninos
