I had a Lexus RX-​350 that got rear-​ended. Took it to another shop (that will remain nameless) based on the insurance company recommendation. The car came back with a ¼ inch gap in a rear quarter panel where the wrap-​around plastic bumper met the sheet metal. Took it back and the shop said that his was the best they could do; the plastic bumpers were used refinished and some were just warped. I was unhappy.
Based on an informal suggestion from a Lexus dealer employee, I took it to Bodyworks. They said that the joining clips were not installed right. They corrected the problem for next to nothing. The result was perfect. These guys are good, honest, fast turnaround, and easy to do business with. When you have the unfortunate need for body work, do yourself a favor and give them an opportunity to show you what first class service is all about.
