WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NO CALL NO SHOW! We called to schedule an appointment with Gretchen for 9am on a Saturday. She never showed up. We never even had a response to our Email or voice message as to why they didnt show… Thank you for wasting our time. After reading other reviews on Unilocal I know now why you cant leave a review on her web site, she would probably be out of business if more people knew about her terrible service. WE used AUSSIE MOBILE PET GROOMING! They worked around my schedule and were great, fast, friendly, my dogs loved the groomer, my dogs were very happy. Definitely recommend AUSSIE PET GROOMING.

She did a beautiful job with all 3 pups. She had to cancel and reschedule for each visit, but she did discount for the inconvenience. For the 3rd visit, she ended up canceling and rescheduling 18 times. We’re not kidding.18 cancellations. She came up with a new excuse each time. It was simply unbelievable. She acts as though this kind of behavior is ok. She does not have a clue how disrespectful it is to waste people’s time like this.

WHaaaa? A pet groomer that comes to your home?! Fantastic, especially if you have a giant breed dog! Think of this shop as a food truck, but instead of food they wash your dog… erm, at your home.
Rates and services competitive — $ 30 for a small god, $ 40 for a giant dog. Communicating over email (which was nice, actually) I scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, the groomer emailed me the next day and needed to reschedule due to an unforeseen and unfortunate emergency. She was polite and provided options and even followed up with me on a few occasions.
Hopefully someday I’ll be able to do a proper review… but until then give her a try. This sounds like a cool service.
