I must admit I was totally unhappy with this round of service. I called to get a quote for today’s service and was told one price on each of the items being done. I get there today and get a totally different (and higher) price!
The only good part about today was the service guy Reuben. He actually got some of the cost knocked off for me– that is good customer service.
However, I will buy the parts I need replaced and take in from now on. I am not happy with the crazy mark up on wiper blades and headlights.

The galles family of dealerships is the worst in town and its a shame the used to have a good name but not the case and service department sucks

Being a Saturn owner we have spent much time here this summer. Every time they are courteous and friendly. Steve is the person who always helps us. If things are taking longer than expected he keeps updates going. We have also come here for non-​recall service. Always honest and above board. My husband does most of his own car repairs, but when it is something above him he call Steve and gets the vehicle taken care of! He is also really great at explaining what is going on, what services are recommended, and what to expect. Great service!

My husband & I just finished our cross country road trip /​move from Washington, D.C. to San Francisco in our Subaru. In Arkansas we hit a pot hole from hell as we approached our hotel, and we spent all day Wednesday fighting a hard pull to the right in our alignment. We also hit our mileage due for an oil change & noticed our gas mileage drop by about 5mpg. I called these guys around 11am Thursday, & they fit us in when we arrived in town at 1pm. We had a relaxed patio lunch across the street with out dog, and we got our oil change & alignment for $ 120! I was thrilled with their service, speed, price, friendliness, and the work. A+!!! Thanks! You always worry about being taken advantage of on the road, but they were awesome. 5 stars.

We bought a 2014 Subaru Outback from here. Really easy, I emailed them a price that I was offered in Colorado Springs and they pretty much matched it. Overall it was pretty quick and painless, everyone was really friendly.
About a week later we returned to purchase a 2014 Forester. We figured because it was so easy the first time that we would try them again. WRONG! They barely budged on the price. We had WAY better offers from Garcia and in Santa Fe — who we didn’t buy a previous car from. We ultimately bought in CO Springs — their offer was $ 2500 less! I would try some of the other dealerships before trying here. Not great with repeat business.

I came here after a useless, horrible car search that led me to various Craigslist postings, car dealers and other pits of hell. Right when I had given up on my car search, and debating whether or not to import my beautiful Hyundai Entourage from 2008 with only 23k miles back from the Netherlands, which would have cost another 3500 dollars, I decided to check internet one last time and stumbled on Galles and Davis who had a Hyundai Accent for sale, asking 14.5k for a 2012, decked out Hyundai Accent 5 doors hatchback that completely suited my needs.
I love the Hyundai brand and this would be my third Hyundai, no wait, actually the fourth counting a small Pony in Holland in the mid-​nineties, followed by a Detroit Hyundai Accent in 1999 and the Entourage Minivan in 2009. I got in touch with a sales agent named Jeff Lafond (837‑5200) who was not only pleasant, he immediately got me the best price they were able to offer.
Since I am a little picky, he agreed to fix a minute scratch near the door handle, fill it up with at least 6 galllons, rotate the tires so that I knew driving away, that the car had had it’s first maintenance as required in the manual. When I bought it, there were 8k miles on it, and it needs a maintenance at 7500 miles. So you see how I could not possibly drive off the lot without that taking care of.
What I liked: there was an asking price, there was a negotiation, 500 dollars were knocked off, I was given the option, and help with a great deal of 1.9% financing with Sandia Federal Credit Union, which is quite good for a used car and ended up with payments that I am comfortable with. There was no pressure, I knew of course which car I wanted and the only reason I ended up checking their website was because a friend of mine had a great experience a few years ago and bought a great truck for an amazing deal.
Now, their new cars do seem a little pricey, but I am just not in that range, so that was never an option. I was very happy with how Jeff took car of the sales, and I also liked the sales manager who pointed out I was overpaying on my insurance. Jeff went out of his way to help me purchase the car and give me a great deal, and for this, I strongly recommended him at the Galles and Davis Used Car Department.
