The food isn’t that great and it’s way overpriced even with a discount. The employees aren’t the friendliest and they don’t really care, they’re a bunch of teenagers making sandwiches. Even the coffee is pricy and it sucks as well. I’ve eaten there once and will not go back. I’ll go to the other side of the building and get Subway.

Ugh muffuletta was bad. More chopped carrots than olives. To much $$ for crap food. Never again.

Nice bright wide open spaces with good fresh coffee and a good bowl of soup. Friendly staff… Modest hustle and bustle like any hospital food area are but quite tolerable. A nice place to stop and refresh and have a quick bite of the modest but generally well prepared food. No table service and limited variety on the menu but they do well with what they offer. Beats the socks off any fast food place and they have good Wifi too. Outstanding people watching venue, one of the most diverse I’ve ever seen! Parking is free but a minor hassle and there’s a hospital gift shop too. My heart says four stars but then it’s only a coffee and sandwich shop.

Generally I like this eatery. It is convenient. The #54 is a great choice on a wrap. I also get a discount because of my employment status(BONUS!) The biggest problem here is their assembly line. They’ve been open now for about four years, I believe, and one would think they could get this down. But every time I visit, it’s a long wait for what should be short order. Bonus points they have very nice staff! I will still visit. The proximity to my work is outstanding. Just wish I could get it quicker!
