How many large companies can you schedule a meeting with the CEO your second day on the job? I worked with Kemtah as an independent contractor and thought the work /company was awesome. Set your own schedules, didn’t have management hovering over your work, and pretty understanding about deadlines. Overall a positive experience. The benefits packages are on par with everyone else’s, but they excel in is openness and communication. All you have to do is ask, take the first step, and life is pretty is easy.

This company deserves a negative rating. I would not recommend working for this company, unless you are in dire need of employment. I have never witnessed a more chaotic, mismanaged, toxic and unprofessional environment. Unskilled and unqualified people are advanced(they are favorites or flirts), the wages are embarrassingly low, and unacceptable behavior is tolerated for the sake of keeping staff. Harassment and discrimination is commonplace and I would go as far to say you should expect it. The staff that have stayed with the company the longest are those that are incapable of finding employment elsewhere. If you appreciate a reasonable salary, healthy working environments, professional, mature and skilled coworkers-this is not the company.

Bad Company to work for. Another company to offer low wages, no benefits and they expect people to stick around. Several complaints to this company HR department about a Managers constant threatening of jobs and favoritism to certain employees and the big one, time card fraud, this Manager would take out these special employees to lunches for hours and write up anyone else who took a lunch longer than 30 minutes in the end that employee stuck around degraded the people around her. Don’t hire this company, they cut corners anything to save a couple bucks they hire people with no experience and no vehicles.
