History

Established in 2007.

I’ve been in the Residential Real Estate Industry since 1992, an Albuquerque Resident since 1994. I’ve worked for Real Estate Companies, Builders, Developers, was a mortgage loan officer for 16 years, a team member at Homes In Transition for several years, and my friends and colleagues say I have «good house mojo». Professsionals, friends and clients routinely call me for referrals to other reputable businesses in the area because of my extensive knowledge, experience and networking connections. I enjoy being a resource to my community.

Most of the homes I stage (more than 2 dozen in the last six months) sell in 90 days or less for 95% +/​-​of list price. Many of the properties have been on the market for quite some time without staging, and routinely sell within a few weeks after I stage them.

My budget friendly staging package is $ 1,935.00 for a 90 day staging and is meant for houses listed between $ 200-​$ 300,000.00. You can expect to pay around 1% of listing price for staging.
