This is good frozen yogurt shop I’ve ever been to and this is a good place to make your own frozen yogurts with a variety of goodies and toppings.

No big surprises here, just a clean, bright, fun yogurt shop. Sure, they’re a chain, but when you’re on the West Side, it’s hot, kids wanna treat — options are a bit more limited. Great selection of fresh fruit if you’re avoiding the usual Reese’s Pieces & gummy bear combo. Wish they had smaller sized cups; with the jumbo-only offering, you’re guaranteed to drop $ 10 – 15 on treats for two.

So much fun to «build» my frozen treat. They have perfect flavors and toppings. I’m a 2Xper week customer!

Ice Cream. No wait, it’s yogurt?!? Then it’s healthy? Well, it can be:)) But with so many carb, fat, calorie-laden toppings why go healthy? After all, it’s yogurt. Chocolate covered almonds, chocolate sprinkles, chocolate topping… They have numerous fresh fruits and low-fat options, too. You could go that route. After all, it’s yogurt: D Menchi’s is a clean, brightly decorated place with friendly employees who great you when you enter. Bring your dog, they have water bowls filled with fresh water for your furry pal. They also offer free samples of their yogurt. The cup is tiny, but really how big of a SAMPLE do you need? Bring your kids, they’ll geek out over the giant chalkboard. I did. That chalkboard rules.

The flavors are always changing which makes this a fun stop. They have multiple options for toppings and hot sauces. It is easy to get carried away(which adds up fast at the register) so pace yourself! The cups will hold much more than your stomach.

Great place for kids of all ages 2 – 99! ha. This menchie’s had 3 employees who could of done a little better paying attention to the kids that poured out a goo of yogurt all over the floor. A little more attentiveness goes a lonnnnnng way(the stream of yogurt). The location is the modern look, that is very colorful and I believe there is only a one size cup and you can make your own creation and chow down. To make a creation they have approximately 10 flavors that they rotate and 20 + toppings. A different variety like golden grahams, cap’n crunch, chocolate chips, nuts, and chopped fruit. Enjoy yo yogurt.

I love the variety offered here and the friendly counter folks! Not to mention the ability to have a sweet, flavorful treat without too many calories!

I still think most of the options taste really artificial. Most recently I did the pink lemonade with a sampling of the plethora of fresh fruits available. I find that the non-dairy options taste better than the dairy ones. You can taste everything before you commit, so surely you’ll find something you like. Enjoy!

This place is a rubber neck factory if you’re a teenager or a parent with a toddler. If you come with out either if those you will be an angry patron — as the toddlers have no manors :) and the teenagers are just looking for a place to make out in their parents cars. Flavors good. Overall cleanliness 5 of 10.

We tried out this place in our quest for a good frozen yogurt place. We have gone quite a bit this summer and have definitely seen a decline in the service and options in this time. My biggest complaint is that the flavors offered absolutely stink. Most of them are so far off the wall that I cannot even imagine eating them. The past 3 times I’ve gone they have been out of pretty much everything. The only flavor I can ever count on is chocolate but I’m honestly sick of eating chocolate every time I go here! The employees here are young and disinterested in being here — it always amazes me when I get cut off by an employee at the topping area so they can clean. When it gets busy in here it is pretty much mass chaos — people cutting other people off, kids messing around(without parental supervision) at the topping bar, and people congregating to eat samples. Also, what gives with those itty bitty cups for a sample — nothing fits and it just ends up making a big mess around the machine area(end of rant). We keep going here because our little one enjoys it and its reasonably priced. I’m just not sure how many more times I can keep getting chocolate!

Lets start with the good stuff: There was a good variety of frozen yogurt. It was yummy and there is a nice selection of toppings. Prices are reasonable at 47 cents an ounce. For the bad: customer service is awful. Not friendly at all. Tables and chairs aren’t clean(sticky mess). There were two spills on the floor and the staff stood by well others cleaned it up. Would I return that is a maybe

Another star has been removed. First, the flavor selection has continued to decline. As an example, one station had lemon and pumpkin. To quote my daughter«who would actually mix that?» Again, add the similar types(2 chocolates, two cake batters, four fruit tangy options) and there is not much to choose from. Next, there is consistent calorie creep going on. There used to be 50 calorie options. There was only one option under 100 calories. Plain tart. Flavors that I have had in the past have suddenly developed more calories. What used to be a favorite treat is turning into cold stone… bleh, predictable, uninspiring. I used to love this place! At one point I had it at 5 stars, and now it is plummeting.

Got invited to our kids’ friend’s birthday party and had no idea about this place. I got the cake batter frozen yogurt and it was in one word«sublime». I’ll be back… oh yes, I’ll be back. Tons of delicious flavors you can try for free, and a plethora of toppings to choose from.

I love this place! They always have at least one flavor that I love and I am excited that they have warm marshmellow topping to put on your fro-yo! I like all the labels that tell you whether it has High-fructose corn syrup or gluten, etc. in it!

This is a pretty hip environment for yogurt AND the yogurt is good. They offer a large selection of flavors(10 – 12) and I love that they label them«low-fat» — «sugar-free» — ‘kosher”. I like that you can try as many flavors as you want and they have a large selection of toppings: oreo cookie, snickers, chocolate chips, fruit, etc. You pay by the weight of the cup so the more you put in your cup the more you pay. They have a special rewards program that they track via your phone number. My only suggestion would be to show calories/serving. I inquired about calories and they do have the information on hand, just not very accessible. This is a big place with teenagers and it has a colorful/youthful décor. I get my yogurt«to-go» but you can stay and eat inside or on their patio.

Yet another«serve yourself» frozen yogurt turnkey operation. Actually, they claim to serve frozen yogurt and sorbet, but the employees couldn’t even tell me the difference between yogurt and sorbet. I tried a chocolate frozen yogurt and a strawberry tart flavor. The chocolate had a medicinal quality, the strawberry was sharp and acrid. Both were strongly artificial tasting. This place is not about good frozen desserts for Albuquerque. It’s not even about real food. It’s sad when you consider that it would not have been much more effort to create a frozen dessert shop that put emphasis on real quality. Albuquerque deserves better. I won’t be back. Chillz Frozen Custard and I Scream Ice Cream are both much better.
