We had last year’s taxes done for a combined business and personal return. Robert spent lots of time with us. First, we had an initial meeting to discuss our needs with advice for preparing my business reports. No charge. The return was very thorough, with Robert calling or emailing with questions as needed. He spent at least 30 minutes explaining our finished return to us in detail and answering questions. This January, we received a very professional package with a checklist and tips to help us prepare the necessary documents and information. Despite having done only one return, Robert remembered me at the first mention of my name when I called this year. The total cost was hardly more than what I paid a much less experienced «tax preparer» before. I’ll stick with Robert.
