Specialties

Our pride to serve Cajun/Creole comes straight from our roots and New Orleans traditions. We are bringing New Orleans to New Mexico, not only with the food but with the celebrations. We follow the Louisiana calendar. Serving traditional eats from Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Shreveport. Chef Eddie proudly serves only the best, delectable, traditional Nawlin’s crawfish, shrimp, crab, creole and cajun dishes. We have concocted the perfect mixture of Jazz and Mardi Gras tradition to make you feel an atmosphere of Bourbon Street. It’s all about the food, the southern hospitality, and the 5 senses: smell, see, hear, taste, and touch that continue to bring locals and visitors coming back for more. You come in here and feel as if you are taking a trip to New Orleans without the airfare.

As we grow, our menu will constantly evolve and always looking for feedback from our guests who have a memorable dining experience in New Orleans. We expand our menu based on what gives enduring memories of good times.

Check out our ecommerce page and take a look at our traditional, one of a kind art from art gallery.

Meet the Business Owner

Chef Eddie A.

Business Owner

Born and raised in New Orleans, Eddie started his foodie career after Blaine Kern «Mr. Mardi Gras» introduced Eddie to the Brennan family.

That started a Mentoring period of about 9 years with the Brennan’s family restaurants, Brennan’s French Quarter– then Miss Ella and Mr Dick’s «world renowned Commanders palace restaurant in the garden district of New Orleans.

Eddie then was faced with wether to continue to work with others or do his own concepts of food– memories and traditions of a true New Orleanian.

The rest is history and so may awesome memories with 13 restaurants developed to date,

And we are just getting started!.
