History

Established in 2016.

Nelly is a personal trainer since 2012, she has helped many clients to meet their fitness goals. Her Fitness business was in Romania, Europe and recently she moved to Albuquerque USA.

Nelly has been a competitive athlete since she was 8 years old. She trained in gymnastics at Deva, Romania. The former training center of Nadia Comaneci. Nelly competed with the Romanian National Team and during this time she earned two of the most important medals in her aerobic gymnastics career: 2X World Champion and 2X European Champion. Nelly is also 10X Romanian National Champion. During her athletic career Nelly also earned a total of 37 medals.

Over the last 4 years Nelly has worked as a fitness instructor and gymnastic coach. She has helped many individuals reach their fitness goals. Nelly specializes in instructing: Yoga, Pilates, Step, Total Body Workout, Spinning, Stretching/​Mobility, Functional Training, Aqua Aerobics, and custom Personal Training.
