I have lived by this taco bell for years now and they have never successfully got one of my orders right and I always end up driving off. Don’t even bother going there anymore.

Worst«fast food» place in the area. Would be faster to drive home and make tacos. Tonight there are only two workers, and one is on break, while there are 7 cars in the drive thru as well as customers in the restaurant. If there was any lower score, this place should and would get it. I don’t blame the employees, but blame management.

Rough, this place was a time warp back to the early 90s. It must not be very busy because it’s usually understaffed and super slow. The inattentive staff are really what is killing this place. The managers are terrible and don’t even watch the front door for incoming customers. I could see her sitting in the back with the door open. The only person being busy was a guy named Demarcus, respectful young man with good service skills. The food is substandard, even for Taco Bell. Don’t waste your time here and go to the one at Eubank and Montgomery.

Let’s just say that with only 1 car in front of us at the ordering menu, we waited for almost 10 minutes. Finally got to the order menu and continued to wait. A male came over the speaker and said he would be with us in just 1 minute. Another 5 minutes passed. We left. There is something wrong when a fast food chain is not taking cash…

Lower end of Taco Bells. The service is poor but the food is typical Taco Bell. The ice machine was broke. I have eaten here a few times and something is always broken. It’s is time for an update and a new staff. The place is dirty. We will probably find another Taco Bell in the future.

Slightly ghetto and nothing special. I’d choose other Taco Bell’s over this one if convenient but it’s eatable.
