Welcome to Tractor Brewing Company, where we produce and purvey fine craft brews, cultivating community and culture all the way.
History
Established in 1999.
Our brewery was birthed in 1999, when former dairy farmer Herb Pluemer had a vision. He thought to make a better beer using farm fresh ingredients. The business began in Los Lunas, a rural farming town 20 miles south of Albuquerque. The year 2010 saw a highly anticipated expansion into the big city (well, the biggest in New Mexico anyway), and finally Albuquerque had a Tractor Tap Room situated snugly in the heart of Nob Hill, a stretch of boutique shopping and original dining along classic Route 66. As it turned out, Albuquerque was thirsty, and business boomed immediately. So, in 2014 by popular demand, there was a relocation of the brewery from Los Lunas to a larger complex and an expansion of our tap room empire into the Wells Park Neighborhood of Downtown Albuquerque. Brewmaster David Hargis and Brewer Josh Campbell are passionate about brewing, crafting every batch with care to ensure that you are drinking only the very best.
