US Eagle picked up my auto loan from a recent purchase I made at Toyota. All seemed well until I decided I was going to request a debit card for the savings account they opened for my new membership. These clowns think they’re going to charge me $ 3 a month to access my own money on top of ATM fees. No… no you’re not. Now, you’re going to lose my auto loan as well. I have been a member at a few banks and have never been told I would be charged monthly to have a debit card.

So much for the oldest credit union times have changed they used to have fortifications customer service things have changed. I am switching all accounts I have with them after 12 yrs. it seems that now that they are so big customer service doesn’t matter. Sad I used to really like this bank.

This location is ideal for me because it is a 15 minute drive from my house. It is fairly new, and has a CU anytime ATM next to the drive up windows. I haven’t gone inside, but the staff at the drive up window are very nice, and very professional. It is very easy, and takes no time at all to make a deposit, or withdrawal. I really enjoy this Credit union bank.
