Stop. It’s Hammer Time!
Thank you, «Hammer Time» Meagan B, for setting up this dope little UYE on a whim. Some 10 – 12 of us invaded the Apothecary, the drinks were tasty and the conversation had even more flayvah. Wow, I truly do love my community. If you’re reading this and you have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about, know this: Unofficial Unilocal Events are open to anyone, we hit up some incredibly fun spots around the 505, and we’re there to support Local. If you want to meet some terrific peeps and spend your dollars on a good cause, it’s time you visited one of our Events, or set one up yourself. Meagan was visiting from AZ and she had a heckuva introduction to the people and places that make ABQ a terrific city, and I applaud her for setting up this simple, enlightened evening on ABQ’s best rooftop.
Just for a minute let’s all do the bump, bump, bump…

Chill time with Chill peeps.
We wrapped a great day with a relaxing evening on the rooftop bar known as Apothecary. For the uninitiated, the views are pretty nice and the ambiance is upscale and relaxed. Service was great, my scotch was smooth, the breeze was comfortable and the company was fun. What’s not to like? We had some laughs, good conversation and made some new Unilocal connections.
Meagan brought this, well, us together at the end of one of her Abq trips and we are happy she did. We now consider her part of the Abq Unilocal family. One that visits when she can. Thanks Meagan~

Unilocal hung out unofficial style thanks to some great planning by Meagan B. and some nice promotion and participation from our CM Howie K. It was a pleasure hanging with you all tonight. This kind of stuff makes Unilocal!a really fun way to get together. Missed seeing some familiar’s SYOY :)

What a fun evening! Two glasses of La Crema Pinot Noir at altitude never ends well, but so worth it!
Fabulous cocktails can be found at the Apothecary Lounge — Need I say more? Read my review of the actual establishment if you need more details.
Enjoy a Pampamoose, Sazerac or a generous pour of any wine and enjoy views of downtown from the ultra classy rooftop.
As I frequent the 505 often for business, it was great to mingle with and get to know ABQ Unilocalers the past two days.
Time on the road away from home can get lonely. So thank you for making me feel right at home, Unilocal ABQ Nation — You are all wonderful people, and I look forward to spending time with you in the future.
And please don’t be afraid to visit me in Phoenix. :)
