I did my research on pellet inserts and determined that the Quadrafire Castile would work for me. I went to 3 different locations and did an apples to apples comparison on them. Here is what I found:
They knew their products and explained its operation very well.
They took time to understand how I intended and where I intended to use it.
They insisted on a full chimney liner and explained why. It made complete sense.
They came out to the house to ensure this was the correct product for my needs.
But, the number one reason I chose them over the rest is because they do not use subcontractors on any of their installations. They installed the unit on the day it was scheduled, in the time frame they described, and there were no surprises or additional costs. I may have paid a little bit more than the cheapest estimate, but, I feel it was worth it. ‘ll give them 5 stars for this one.

I bought a Quadrafire pellet stove several years ago from KC stoves. They were great to deal with explains all the features and benefits. Kevin was helpful and straightforward.
Recently, we had a problem with the stove operating intermittently. They had to come by 3 times until the problem was found, by they were very attentive and reacted quickly during a busy time.
If it wasn’t for the multiple visits, I would have given them 5 stars.
