Stayed here on business for 3 nights and was pleased with my stay. The staff is friendly, the room was clean and I didn’t have any problems while here. They have a free breakfast(yogurt, fruit, waffles, toast/bagels etc), free Wi-Fi, the AC blows ice cold and the water pressure is great so all in all– I’ll call it a win for $ 79 a night! Yes the rooms could use an update, and it’s certainly not a «full service» hotel, but while it’s in the Marriott family– it’s a Fairfield Inn, not a Marriott, so don’t come here expecting that! I think it’s a good option for a place to stay near the airport– it also has an indoor pool and a gym so it really does have everything you would need for an airport hotel.

Never again! Thought this was ur typical Marriott, think twice! No fridge in room, no 24 hour shuttle(and it is only 1 mile from airport), no microwave in room! Will def do my homework a bit better next time! I thought with it being a Marriott that I wouldn’t need to worry about these things, hmm, guess I will from now on…

This is my second stay here. On my current stay my first room had a broken AC. Waited all day but it was never repaired. Ended up asking the front desk for another. Debita was very helpful. No upgrade offered(Marriott platinum member) and moved to room next to elevator. Ceiling was peeling, not awesome but didn’t feel like I could ask for another room. Breakfast was hopelessly crowded and exercise equipment was broken over a month(since last check-in). Overall the stay was not consistent with other Marriott properties.

We stayed here on a over night stay in Knoxville and we were satisfied. The first room we checked in was an accessible room and the tub wasn’t too clean and we requested a room change. The frontdesk guy came up and promptly gave us an upgraded room close to high way. Only issue was we had trouble falling asleep due to road noise. I did not want to complain again as he did upgrade us. The breakfast in the morning was good but it was crowded as it was labor day weekend. There was plenty of good breakfast choice, so i was happy with that. They had free rice Krispies in the front desk — loved that. Came handy during our road trip. I would have given them a higher rating, only if we had been able to sleep well that night.
