Richard is pleasant, responsive, quick, good at what he does & a delight to work with. He drove out to my house to evaluate the repair, let me keep the computer in my house while he ordered the part (so I could work on it still) then came BACK out for the repair. He sat in our dining room & did a fantastic job replacing the entire screen of my Mac. Saved me time, money and hassle. I’d call him anytime for help!

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Richard was prompt to reply via text and coordinated a time to pick up an older MacBook with a corrupted hard drive that Apple would not even consider servicing, since they considered it to be «vintage». Not only did he replace the failed hard drive, but found the battery was also failing and made a second visit to replace that as well. Great experience and will definitely call for any future computer repair needs!

Richard — so incredible. Like others who have posted here, I had major issues with my personal computer — was unable to access any of my files or software. Richard was incredibly helpful with his service and advice to me as to how to access and organize my desktop and files. Incredible customer service. He’s also working on repairing my Droid which was dropped and needs parts replaced in order to work again. Highly recommend — thank you, Richard!

Richard literally saved my weekend! I got to town for a work conference and the screws from my laptop had fallen out and were no where to be found. I called Richard and he met me at my hotel within a half hour and fixed it within 2 minutes. He was super friendly and solved the problem right away. Outstanding service and skilled repairman! Richard came to our house within a few hours of calling, diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed the replacement part (which took 3 business days to arrive, since it was specific to my laptop model), and dropped the repaired laptop off at our house the same day the part arrived. He was courteous, responsive, friendly, and professional — and his rates were very reasonable.

Really great service.
I had to look beyond the Apple store to diagnose a problem with my 2009 macbook pro that they would no longer service. I found this business based on some great reviews I read from Google. The hours of operation work well and Richard came to pick up the computer, gave a complimentary diagnosis of the problem and a fair estimate to repair and my options to consider.

My computer was broken and I needed someone to fix it. And fast.
I’ve been through the nightmare of bringing my machines into brick-​and-​mortar stores before, only to have them keep them for a week or longer. At many of those places, you’re just a number standing in line waiting for impersonal service. They do the job, but often at a high cost with mediocre results.
So I reached out to ABC Computers Repair because I had a hardware issue that I needed fixed fast. They are open on the weekends, when most repair shops are closed. I called and left a message and Nixon got back to me within 15 minutes. I told him about my issue and he was at my house the next morning to pick up my machine. Less than 36 hours later, he returned to my home with my desktop working good as new.
It was a complex hardware problem that he fixed with ease — and for a fair price. If I had dropped my computer off at the shop where I used to go, I’d still be waiting and their solution would surely cost more than Nixon charged me. I wouldn’t hesitate to call ABC again if something else goes wrong.
It makes sense to do business locally, and Nixon is my new «computer guy.» Make him yours, too.
