This place is amazing. Yes the lines here are crazy ridiculous, but the amount of food they gave me is amazing totally worth my money. I’ve been to chipotles where they barely even give me a full scoop but this place was giving me double scoops without even asking. Amazing!

Went here to claim my free burrito bowl on a Friday night. There was the usual dinner rush, but it moved pretty quickly. We asked if they had any chipotle Tabasco sauce, since we didn’t see any by the napkins. The cashier replied, «I don’t know,» as if she didn’t work there or looked at us like we were from a foreign country like she didn’t know what we were saying. She then proceeded to talk to some family that walked in that she knew and decided to ignore everything we said. She also had to ring up our chips separate from our bowls because I guess she«forgot» to put it together with our first order. Last time we visited this place, they didn’t have the chipotle Tabasco sauce. I think they were even out of chicken, too. We gave this location another try, and had received an incompetent cashier. Needless to say, we’ll probably be visiting a different location next time.

Always long lines lasting 20+ minutes. Ordered online tonight to avoid lines and had a pick up an hour later. Got to the store and was told they were out of both chicken and steak which were both what we had ordered. The female cashier gave this information with an «I don’t care» attitude, shrugging her shoulders when I said we had ordered over an hour ago(and why weren’t we told?) and was not apologetic at all. Very rude. With everything chipotle is going through right now you’d think they would be on top of their stuff especially with customer service. Will never come back to this chipotle again.

Continued TERRIBLE customer service. The ONLY good thing about going here is the tasty chicken and fajita veggies. Last Saturday, an employee helped herself to the front of the line, was indecisive(i.e. wanted chicken then at the veggie station wanted beef added, but just a little — long dialogue on that, then back to the veggie station, then wanted a cheese quesadilla, then back to the veggie station). When she finally made it to the cash register, long discussion about how much and how to pay causing the cashier to walk over to a table with other employees on a break talking about breaks and what not. After at least 10 — 15 minutes, attention was FINALLY turned to the customers. TERRIBLE, disrespectful and MOSTDEFINITELYNOT even a base line decency for customer service. No apologies, just a cold glare and a snarky«have a nice day.» Those individuals should be fired for a group that actually wants to work.

The cashier was very petty and rude. I asked for a cup of water and she made me pay for a soda saying they don’t have any cups for water since they were closed. They also didn’t have anymore chips. I had just gotten off work and was looking forward to eating chipotle but she completely ruined my experience.

Chipotle never fails, I been there many times, some of them we had to wait for 30 minutes in line. Other time(when there’s no one there) you just wait 5 minutes. Food is great, price is good. What else can u ask for. I will definitely return here

No beef for me. This is an absolute tragic day for chipotle! After coming to chipotles for 11years. It might be time to say goodbye. I’ve never been more grossed out. I’ve had my fair share of chipotle but this is the first time they’ve ever tried to serve me undercooked and raw ingredients. When I pointed it out the two managers they said quite irritated that this was«normal and after it sits for a while it turns brown.»…REALLY. we’re going to call this normal. No no way I can agree with that being the norm. 11years and many-ah-bowls have been consumed and it’s not normal to be served undercooked and raw meat at chipotle. I’m sad chipotle. Very sad. Shame on those two«managers» for this. I won’t be back. All I wanted to do was support the kids basketball team and this is what you serve your crowded store. DOBETTER.

I see Chipotle as the McDonald’s of Burrito world except the picture on the wall matches what you get in your to-go bag, a big silver gut bullet. I love it! If there was one thing that I have to gripe about is the portions. When you get a burger from McDonald’s, exactly what you are getting based on the picture of the menu item. It will look nothing like that picture. It’ll be a bland quarter pound burger on a soggy tomato juice soaked bun with watery mayo. The portion size at Chipotle varies due to several factors. 1)What kind of day the Chipotler’ had. 2)The wrist strength of the Chipotler’ to dish out large amounts of rice and beans. 3)Who is a regular and flirts with said Chipotler’. Well since I am not about to even hint at getting freaky-deaky with a Chipotler’ and she looked p.o.‘ed enough that she looked like she could bench press the bench press machine. She asked me what I wanted. Simple: veggie burrito, black beans, tomatoes, corn, lettuce, cheese. She Whipped around like one of those arm flailing tube men you see at car dealerships and made my burrito. The guy behind me who looked like Zack Efron ordered his burrito. That thing was bulging at the seams. It made mine look like an egg roll by comparison. I wanted to grab his and try to compare their weight in my hands, but you never grab another man’s burrito. That’s just… wrong. My burrito was so small. I think the girl at the register giggled a little, and said my burrito was cute. When it comes to burritos, size does matter. *sigh* It’s High school all over again.

I work across the street and every time I come in, for my online order at the online line(there’s a separate line for online orders), the girl at the register is always quick and gets everything in the bag that I had asked for before hand on the app! And she’s always happy and smiley! I wish I knew her name but she’s short with glasses. And she’s very friendly!

Standing here now 15 minutes after asking for the ice tea, which is empty, to be refilled. Still no service and continue to be ignored even though I am conspicuously standing next to the dispenser and the person at the cash register looks at me Very poor and not what you expect from this franchise! The food however is great. Good management would know that you need to check the self service ice and beverage dispensers frequently.

Terrible customer service, I had to wait over 2 hours for a call in order when it said it would be ready by 5:45 pm(received food at almost 8 pm!). The manager is not polite, I heard her scream at someone else who else who was complaining to «find another Chipotle». I’m glad that Springfield Towne Center has a Chipotle, as I will most certainly be looking elsewhere.

Ordered a simple chicken burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side and a side of medium salsa. For one, the people working there don’t speak English and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Also, when I got to the register, after repeating myself 3 times, they didn’t give me a tortilla or medium salsa until I asked a fourth time. The cashier shoved the tortilla in my face and threw the salsa in the bag unnecessarily. Also, when I asked her if they had any tabasco chipotle sauce or any Tabasco sauce at all since they didn’t have any on the shelf, she nodded«no» as if she was too scared to speak. When asked if they had any in the back, she again nodded«no». After I found some a quarter empty on a table, I went up to her and asked if they had a full one and she said«I don’t know». Also burrito bowl was ¼ empty, they skimp like crazy.

Fast! Efficient! And friendly! Many chipotle stores will try to give you as little as they can on your burrito or whatever. This store seemed to be generous about their portion Yet not too overwhelming.

I normally like Chipotle but this was the worst one I had been to. Line took way to long than expected, 30 minutes from door to food to leaving. I ordered my food which was one bowl and one salad. As I made it through the order and said what I wanted on each item something caught my eye and I turned. By the time I turned my head back my bowls were closed and I was ready to pay.(Wow that was fast) I assumed they were completed with what I asked for. I drove home and opened up dinner to just rice and beef. $ 16 for rice and beef. They didn’t even finish my order that I placed. Horrible job people.

The reason I place online orders is so I can go straight in, pay for my food, grab it, and leave. I have been able to do that at every Chipotle I’ve placed online orders at but at this one I had to wait 10 minutes after my pick up time to get my food. What’s the point of me ordering for pick up if I have to wait even longer then the walk in customers to get my food? Good thing this isn’t my go-to Chipotle restaurant or else I would probably never come here. Maybe hire some more workers so you’re not so understaffed and can get people their food on time.

The only reason I can’t give it a perfect 5* is because the noise level prevents them from hearing my orders correctly. Sometimes I’ll have to yell several times. The food is very good. If I ever leave somewhat less than happy is if the food is a bit salty. The service is great as long as I don’t go there during their busiest time. I highly recommend take outs because it gets crowded and very noisy.

Living in the area I have been to this Chipotle ever since it opened. I usually wouldn’t write reviews for these type of fast food establishments because I don’t expect much. Get the food and get out. However this Chipotle has gone down the drain. The service here SUCKS! I have been to many other Chipotle and nobody has service like this location. My friend and I came here on a Monday night around 9PM. The line wrapped around so it was long, I think I waited in like for approximately 10 minutes. The wait although long is not my main issue. The workers here take their time and are conversing with each other instead of serving the food. When I finally got to order the person who took my order was RUDE. My friend who ordered after me said he wanted double chicken and she didn’t hear him. So instead of saying sorry what would you like? I didn’t quite get that or etc. She said WHAT!!! as if she was pissed off at him. This worker then proceeded to scoop the sides into our bowls, the lady in front of me wanted a side of sour cream. Since there was something in the sour cream she scooped it out and flinged it towards a bucket resulting in sour cream dripping all down the tabletop. It seemed like she was angry to be working. I heard her conversing with other Chipotle workers complaining about the amount of people(still wrapped around at this point) in line close to closing time. Although this Chipotle is the closest to me next time I will think about it twice before visiting this location. The lack of customer service and the attitude the workers have here are unacceptable. I don’t expect all smiles and greetings, just be a bit more courteous and less conversing with your coworkers complaining about the customers.

I ordered a salad from the location 1. The chicken was running and wet 2. The dinning area was filthy 3. No ice in soda dispenser We asked for ice 3 times and it’s a full plus staff with 7 customers in the line. Customers should not have too consume hot soda. I will not be back. I’ll keep giving my money to the other locations.

Now I remember why I NEVER go to Chipotle. I wanted tacos. Super simple. The staff couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t understand anything they said because the place is unnecessarily noisy and none of the staff speaks English. I had to say everything 3 times. Each of my 3 tacos got maybe a tablespoon of meat. In one of them, they accidentally put slightly more than a tablespoon, noticed their mistake, and took some out. I ordered guacamole and apparently all you get is a tiny shot-glass-sized plastic cup worth. They didn’t even fill it all the way. I wanted Salsa but couldn’t figure out where to get it so I asked where to get it, 3 times before they understood me. I said I wanted one of each salsa(there are 4 kinds) and they gave me 2. After telling the cashier 3 or 4 times what I ordered, she finally rang me up(incorrectly) for steak salad. Once I got home, which was less than 10 minutes, the tacos were ice-cold, mushy, and had completely fallen apart.
