what a bunch of scam artists! just cancelled my merchant account due to the lack of features their DATED merchant processing, which did not prove to fit my business. they sent me a form to cancel my account, and a few days later charged me $ 700!!! in cancellation fees. they said they would not accept the equipment returned which costs $ 400! F*** THIS COMPANY. I AM OUT $ 709 RIGHT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS. i dont have money to throw around. what a waste of time dealing with them.
