I just came back from my eye appointment. I had no problem obtaining an appointment and when I arrived, there was hardly any wait time. Erin A. McCabe is an excellent optometrist! She is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. She gave me a thorough examination and explained all the procedures and patiently answered all of my questions. The office is very well run and clean. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I am so glad that I have found this office. Clearly, they care about their patients and the staff is extremely competent. I feel very well taken care of and that my health is in good hands. I will highly recommend this office to all of my colleagues and friends without hesitation.

They will call you on the day of your appointment that the doctor will not be in and you have to reschedule and they will schedule you to the wrong doctor. No manager onsite so looks like the different receptionist that answer the phone will deny the conversation and run the show. Don’t waste your time. Tried to schedule twice and the same result.

Horrible. The worst experience I have ever had with an optometrist in over 47 years. The so-called doctor was rushing patients in and out like it was a cattle train. Because of this a proper and accurate exam was not performed, I was given an incorrect prescription, so I had to seek out another optometrist to get a good prescription, and am now waiting another 10 – 12 days to have lenses changed. If that wasn’t bad enough the optometrist performed unneeded tests just to increase charges.
