I recently got a virus on my laptop and was shopping around to get it fixed. I went through multiple companies price quotes.
I contacted Geeks at Home & Work and spoke with Mike. He had very reasonable pricing and guaranteed his work. So I decided to go with his company, overall the service was great and he got my laptop fixed the same day!
I am definitely going to continue working with Geeks at Home & Work in the future.

my brothers and i went on vacation to visit our grandparents. i was excited to show them some slideshows i created with my new-​used laptop but upon arrival, i started to experience issues. i’m not from Virginia so i used Unilocal to find the closest computer repair shop and Geeks at Home & Work popped up first. the best part aboot my experience with this company is the fact that the owner, Mike, personally took it upon himself to look at my computer and handle it right there and then. Mike was courteous, polite and very professional and he offers a 30 day warranty on his work. even my meemaw and grandpop are now loyal customers of GeeksHW, and they don’t even own a computer haha

These guys are AWESOME! Puts Best Buy Geek Squad to shame. Called them and they were at our home an hour later — diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes, took our computer, called us the next morning with the estimate for the fix as well as estimated repair time, returned the repaired computer the following day, and hooked everything back up for us and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. Fast service, professional and experienced techs who know what they are doing, and fantastic customer service. We’ll never use anyone else for any computer repair services, software or hardware related!

If Unilocal lets me, I’ll give them a dime worth of stars. They are super fast and they provide services within minutes. I was there for virus removal at first. Being a computer illiterate, they sat down with me and explained all the details thoroughly. My enigma reached an end when one of the managers analyzed my computer’s situation and told me thoroughly what needed to be done. All their services were very reasonable, and I will recommend it to everyone.
