Hawaiian Pool & Spas

I have been dealing with the crew at H P S for about 14 years. They are alway great to deal with and I spend more time talking politics and world happenings then I do shopping because stuff is easy to find in the shop. The O’Connor’s are great people and I highly recommend their store and services. They built my hot tub in 2001 and we have not had a problem. I use it EVERYDAY! I would recommend to everyone.

We have had great service with Hawaiian Pool. I have to agree that the people who work there and own the business are not the «warm fuzzy» type, but they have always taken care of me and this past summer they warmed up. We buy our chemicals from them because when we tried other places… for example Costco… the tablets did not last as long. As always, you get what you pay for and my water is always clear and perfect if I do what they suggest.

I have nothing but great service for the last 10 years, 3 years ago I did purchase my chemicals on-​line and ended bleaching my liner. 16×32 in-​ground vinyl lined pool. Every time I have needed assistance they have been there within hours of a calls. I guess everyone experience is different

The original poster has to understand that ordering from a company online that has minimal overhead is always going to be cheaper than buying chemicals and such in the store. However, what I will say about Hawaiian Pools and Spas is that so far, they are the cheapest store I have found in the area. An O ring that another pool store quoted me $ 13 for, Hawaiian gave to me for $ 2 and some change.
Also, it seems that the people there are friendly and always willing to help you out without always looking for the profit. Mike was kind enough to come out and take a look at our pump and tell us a very basic fix — and the best part is he did this free of charge. Now that has made me an advocate for this place.
Essentially you get knowledgeable kind people that take a personal interest in your pool, instead of a company where you become just another invoice for.

We are now buying our pool chemicals for significantly less through «In the Swim» by mail order or eBay — delivered right to your door next day through FEDEX.
