To be quite honest, I began my practice because like many college grads I came out of college during a horrible time to actually find and get jobs. I had to question, «Is this it, our sole purpose in life is to work, pay bills, and «adult»? I had a strong sense there was more to life than just that. With all the down-​time I had and having no standard 9 – 5, I had A LOT of time to finally explore the healing arts such as hypnosis and reiki, as well refine my intuitive abilities. I realized that helping others heal was my higher purpose!

I’ve listened to a lot of voices on YouTube and other apps for guided hypnosis and meditation but nothing compares to being in person with Meredith’s soothing voice, by far the best I’ve heard, very sweet, kind, and heart warming. She is a true professional, i gotta do it again soon!

I’ve seen Meredith for 2 different services, and she was very pleasant and friendly for both. I originally went to her for pre natal hypnosis, I was really scared and nervous about delivering my first child, I had 2 sessions for that and she sent me home with recordings of our session to continue to listen to so I could only become more and more at ease. While there were minor complications during my delivery, I remained absolutely calm rather than potentially hysterical, and I’m certain our sessions helped significantly!
The second service I’ve had with Meredith was not too long ago, I saw her for an intuitive reading to get guidance on where my life/family’s life was heading, there was a long patch of difficulties and meeting with her was a wonderful source of reassurance and prevented me from taking drastic actions to alter the course of our family. There were several things she’d mentioned during my reading that have come true, and some of the things that came true, I had no way to influence them to become true. I wouldn’t hesitate to send friends her way!

Meredith also does readings and I went to see her to get some insight on my concerns with my daughter. She got us set up for the reading and I was asked to say my daughter’s name 3 times. Meredith closed her eyes and guessed/​stated 1yr from her age and then she paused and then she mentioned her wrists… this nailed it for me. My daughter was having some stressful situations and had cut her wrists!
When a person can zero in on something like she did, it just confirmed to me the power and insight she has in her readings.
You can’t top that.

2 weeks ago I decided to try hypnosis for the very first time and I am so glad Meredith was the one to help me! During the session I felt a bit nervous, but after a few days I noticed I was feeling much more confident and secure. I also attended a Intuition workshop with Meredith and Nancy– it was awesome!!! I’ve seen Meredith for several different types of work. She is highly trained and qualified in her area of expertise. Meredith helped me overcome my anxiety when it was at its worst. I had just gotten out of the hospital after experiencing a severe anxiety attack, something I’d never had before. I seriously thought I was having a heart attack! Meredith is kind and compassionate. She instantly put me at ease. For those of you curious about hypnotherapy and energy work, but too afraid to try it, call Meredith. She is amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to break old habits and those needing to reduce the stress in their lives like I had. You won’t be disappointed!

In February 2013, I saw Meredith for weight-​loss hypnotherapy sessions. I had two sessions over the course of the month. I felt very comfortable with Meredith and was able to quickly relax because of that. Immediately after the sessions I felt at ease and in control. In the weeks since I found myself able to handle situations without derailing my diet or exercise régime. I took this approach because I felt like I need a boost and wanted to avoid more aggressive options like surgery or medication. I definitely think it was worth both the time and the money. I wouldn’t say my results have been miraculously dramatic but consistent and noticeable. It’s been more of a lasting change which is more important for me than instant results.

Meredith has been an unexpected positive influence on my life. I could not be happier with my decision to use hypnosis and regressions for my issues with focus, anxiety, and acceptance.
I had been in therapy for years for PTSD and grievance. While that investment has helped a lot, Meredith’s sessions were like cherries on top of that work.
