Love working with Hollin Hall Plumbing! Always on time, great work, fair pricing… They have replaced toilets, fixed faucets and replaced sump pump… all the work was done quickly. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. They offered me a two hour window when I scheduled my appointment, and then called the day of the appointment to say they could make it earlier — would that be ok? Of course it was! Bruce was prompt, professional, friendly, and was quick to analyze the problem and take care of it. I will absolutely call them again should I need plumbing help.

Keep looking if you live in a condo. Five minutes into the phone conversation they told me they stopped working in condos at the beginning of the year with no exceptions. Would have been nice if they asked that as their first question when answering the phone or had a functional webpage that stated that before wasting your time. Five stars does no good if they won’t come to your home.

This company is fantastic. The woman who answered my call was friendly and accommodating. They were able to send someone out that week (my issue was not an emergency). I gotta tell ya, Bruce the Plumber is the man. He arrived on time, and he was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. He answered all my plumbing-​related questions, even beyond was he was there to fix. Most importantly, he fixed my issue quickly and did not leave a mess. The price was VERY reasonable. Just an all-​around great experience that’s so difficult to find. I’ll definitely use them again. Highly recommended to anyone in the Alexandria area.

Everyone was very friendly including lady on the phone. They took off their shoes and carried in downstairs to go to the basement walk out and they were very good about making sure things are put back in place when they’re done. They have good recommendations on the fixes and worked very quickly. One of the shut off valves was still leaking after they came probably due to some confusion in communication but they were very good and came back to fix it without charging us again! Will definitely be our go-​to plumber in the future!

Saw the good reviews and gave them a try… they came on time and were really courteous. We had a small problem, but they were really thorough and friendly. Reasonable price for a trip.
Not sure what more I could ask? Definitely will call them again — hopefully I won’t need to very soon.

They are great! Really nice, explained everything. Even told me that as my faucet was under warranty I could order the parts for free. They then came back and installed them (and reduced the price of the second visit). Will definitely use them again and are who I recommend!

Starting from my phone call to request service to the quickness, cleanliness of their work, I can’t express how impressed I am with Hollin Hall Plumbing. The lovely lady who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was friendly, concise, and articulate. The two gentlemen who showed up on time to my house, took their shoes off without me even having to ask them. They completed the job in an hour and the bathroom looked tidy and they even tied up the garbage bag with the trash in it. Prices were reasonable especially for the excellent service they provided.

I had an emergency situation this morning with frozen pipes that burst, and these guys were able to come out same day, and even arrived 30 minutes early. I expected it to cost an arm and a leg and was pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive it was…

Great service on phone and the plumber sent out was very polite and completed the job in 30 mins. I had a clogged tub and the cost was $ 195. Additional 30 min would have costed $ 40. He was very professional, articulate, and answered questions I had. Oh and he took off his shoes too. I had used their service in the past to replace the garbage disposal and went with them again. I highly recommend calling them for your plumbing needs. They open at 8am.

Wonderful customer service! Fast, knowledgeable, and very reasonable in pricing. I’ve had a couple of other plumbing issues, and this was the most professionally handled job, from scheduling to the work itself. Will definitely use them again if another plumbing issue comes up.

This place is fantastic. We bought an older home about two years ago and have had a myriad of plumbing issues. The first company we had come out merely snaked the shower with a tiny hose to «fix» our problem. Not only did they not clean up after themselves, they were rude, didn’t fix the problem, and charged us over $ 600. Hollin Hall was the exact opposite, both times we have called they came out the same day, the two guys were very kind, took off their shoes, and cleaned up after themselves.
The first time we called it was a day before our wedding and we were freaking out because we were having our wedding at our house and we were expecting +50−60 people. They fixed the problem in under an hour, snaked the entire line with a huge hose and charged less than $ 500. We had to call them again today because our line was backed up again, they were very apologetic, cleared the line, and didn’t even charge us! I was prepared to pay because I think there is something wrong with our sewer, not with their work.
Overall, I would call them again in a heart beat, and I highly recommend their services.

One word: AMAZING! They just saved the day! I called in for a clogged toilet and they were able to come by the same day. I had gotten my toilet scrubber stuck and it was in there pretty deep. They finished the job in 30 minutes from arrival and the price was very very reasonable! Also, the Customer Service Rep was very helpful and honest from the very beginning. Fast, reliable, friendly and professional. Definitely will use them in the future if needs be.

Hollin Hall Plumbing is terrific! We are in the process of selling our home, have always used Hollin Hall for our plumbing and happy to report that there was only one minor plumbing issue on our home inspection report… a true testament to the work they do. Bruce is the best. We’ll only use Hollin Hall for plumbing issues in our new home too.

High quality, prompt and reasonably priced. Came out the same day to replace flusher unit in our toilet, on time. Charged ¹⁄₃ of a what another plumber attempted to charge us. Toilet now works great. I highly recommend them.

Arrived punctually, did excellent work which saved me from buying a new water heater, price was fair. They even took off their shoes when entering our home! Highly recommended.

Bruce came exactly when promised. I explained that we attempted to fix our kitchen faucet when the water shut off started leaking. (Not even a snicker) My husband and I expected a long drawn out repair. He fixed it with no fuss, replaced the faucet and even fixed a drip in another faucet and was out the door within an hour. Definitely keeping this number!

Hollin Hall Plumbing is an absolute blessing! We’ve tried contractors in the past who were expensive and unreliable. Hollin Hall is reliable and trustworthy with very reasonable rates. Bruce is amazing and we’ll only use Hollin Hall for plumbing issues from now on… wish we found them sooner!
