John is a gifted teacher and a skilled bass and guitar instructor. I am one of many «older» students who took up guitar late in life that rely upon John to help direct our journey. And he happens to be a great guy as well.

John is a great teacher. I’ve been screwing around with guitar for a couple years and he has taken it to the next level. Teaches kids and adults. Guitar and bass. He is also an expert in the history of rock as well as music theory.

I started as a complete beginner and John has been great. He’s very patient, caters my lessons to the music that I like and is full of helpful tips. He’s also just a really cool guy. I’ve seen both beginners and pretty accomplished players in his place. He’s flexible with hours, has evenings and weekends, and is always willing to work with your schedule. I really can’t say enough, grateful I found this place.
