I’ve been to lovely nails twice and they were two entirely different experiences. The first time I went there I was with a friend and there was barely anyone there which was nice. I got an acrylic set and one of the older women did a very nice job except for burning me a couple times but I’m used to that because my nails are particularly hard to work with since they’re small. My friend on the other hand had her nails done by another older woman and said she was treated awfully and her nails did not satisfy hey. The second time we went there was no one there(at first). We started getting our refills and more and more people started coming in(the same older woman I had the first time was doing our nails at the same time). The woman started to rush and both our nails came out crooked and insanely uneven in length.

Dec 13, 2015 I went in to get my brows and pedicure. So when she did my first brow the one she began to show me my brow then quickly took the mirror away so I didn’t see came back with a pencil then let me look. I was upset because she took too much off and I expressed that. But had to have her continue. Pedicure was ok. But to wake up this morning with my brow missing I’m highly pissed not only is my brow beyond jacked up but the cover up and not being honest about what she did to my brow I do not appreciate it. Very deceitful and poor customer service. Never returning and telling everyone.

I went there because I was waiting on my oil change and I saw that they advertised a mani/pedi combo for $ 32…so why not? What I was unprepared for was the somewhat aggressive approach to additional services. I was getting my pedicure and during the nail tech stopped and just kind of kept showing me this bottle of what I guess was some callous remover. I asked if that service was not included in the pedicure, and she said $ 5…I said no thank you. So then she pulled out a foot file and used that on my heels… but didn’t really remove much dry/dead skin. And no, my feet are not ridiculous lol, I wear a size 6 and my heels get dryer because I have my father’s feet(sheesh). But anyway, she halfway filed my feet and then asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done. I politely told her no, thank you. My manicure and pedicure looked okay, but the overall feel of the place was kinda funky to me. And to keep this from being super long, I get that you want to offer additional services, but to halfway service me because I don’t want to pay EXTRA for something is just poor customer service. I could have gone to another shop and paid a similar price for me to get a hand/foot massage and everything! So I probably won’t be back.

Had a really bad experience at this place. I have had a lot of pedicures and manicures and these were by far the worst and this is why. 1. The guy hurt me during the pedicure with the cuticle trimmers. I asked him to stop what he was doing and he didnt listen. I had a swollen big toe for several days. 2. During my french manicure, he spilled highly concentrated acetone on my skin and I had a chemical burn on the top of my hand for days. 3. The french wore off in less than a week. Whatever white polish that was used on the tips cracked and chipped off by the next day. I tried to touch it up but it was beyond fixing by day number 4.

I love Lovely Nails! I have been going to Susan for the last 6 – 7 years at various locations. Since she’s been at Lovely Nails I’ve seen a transformation in the shop. Recently they upgraded their massage chairs, which are amazing. The shop is very clean and everything is neatly in its place. Susan always takes her time on my manis/pedis. Today I had the spa pedicure which was amazing. They have now added hot stones to the massage portion which was an added bonus. A bigger plus, is that it is very affordable. The service far exceeds the price you pay. Susan really cares about her customers. Any suggestions people have, she takes to heart and tries to implement them in order to continue giving the customers what they want. I would recommend Lovely Nails to anyone looking for great service at an affordable price.

Terrible place! I got spa service pedi with gel which was amazing! Oh, except for the fact that when he used the exfoliant I watched him fill the bowl with water that my feet were in and called it clean when he put it back. He also didn’t do a very good job getting all the dead skin off of my toes. I should have left there but I didn’t. I got some square acrylic mani with sparkle gel on top and this guy is TERRIBLE at 1. Measuring nail height, I had to have him recut the length twice, 2. Putting on thin acrylic, I look like I have duck nails, 3. Cutting down the acrylic, he burned me three times, 4. Making my nails look even, he even put some on crooked and then insisted that he could fix it with the acrylic. Oh and there were so many bugs in that place it should have been outside. Prices are good but I am never going to this nasty ass place again.

My high rating is due to the value for money ratio-I got a great quality pedicure at a bargain price. Now, it’s not a glam spa experience, not a huge selection of colors(I brought some from home, in case I didn’t see anything I liked, but I can almost always find something I like), but there was an appropriate use of sanitizers & great attention to detail. I work out in the yard a lot, usually in sandals or barefoot, so my feet were ROUGH! After the scraping, nipping, trimming, leg massage, & polish application, I felt practically reborn. 2 weeks later, my toes still look immaculate, & I don’t even remember her using a base or topcoat. I can do my nails at home myself, but a $ 20 pedicure, especially at the end of summer, is priceless…

I go here because it’s close to home. That is all. However when it comes to waxing, they are very hit and miss. I’ve left here completely satisfied(90% of the time) and completely unsatisfied(10%) of the time. There is a younger girl who is speedy mcspeederson when it comes to waxing. You’re in and out in 5 minutes. DON’T LETTHEOLDERLADYWAXANYTHING!!! Just take my word for it folks. She moves so slow that the wax dries before she can rip it off… I’ve gotten pedicures here and they have always been good. Usually will do a nail design for free if they are not busy.

This is a great place for an affordable mani/pedi. 18 for the pedi and 10 for the mani. They do a great job and give you the option to take off dry skin on your feet with a foot razor.(Not common practice at other nail salons, as I understand) Ambiance is a little lacking, but is made up for as far as price goes. The also do affordable acrylic nails, 20 for the set, 12 for the fill in. PLUS, they’re open on Sundays, always good in my book. Overall, a good value for the money. I’ll keep going there, that’s for sure.
