If there was a zero stars option I would have picked it. Don’t ever hire them and if you do make sure it’s a small simple job like cleaning gutters or raking leaves. Pay upon satisfactory completion, otherwise there is no telling what will happen. I liked these guys, but they were a supreme disappointment. They messed up my front and back storm doors and back entry door they tried to install. They did not complete the job. The front door was supposed to be a build down to fit the entrance, but they built up and down so now there is a trip hazard and it looks lousy. That’s the tip of the iceberg. The door also doesn’t function and is incomplete. The back door was not completed and the threshold they put in has no support under it. They also had me pay each day of work, which was shady. They went way over estimate. There were numerous no shows and late starts, usually with no notice. There were some lame excuses with those. I am still dealing with this 4 months later. One day they just didn’t show up. They left their materials and trash behind. This includes wood with nails sticking out where my 5yr old daughter plays. I told them I was not satisfied and requested some sort of refund, but got ignored. Then I got a call after they got summoned to court, but they basically came up with some mickey mouse arguments. I have had 2 contractors come by and tell me the workmanship was horrible. My neighbors said they were watching them and thought they had no clue. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but got burned. They should have refunded me some money and put this to rest. Now I will go for a full refund, and some, for all the hassle. They will be taken to court. I have pictures, witnesses, and professional opinions.
