Excellent dentist. Have been a client of his for 20+ years. Can’t say enough about him and his front office. Thoroughly professional. Up front with issues.

Mark Gordon is very professional… but beware of his bookkeeper who will process your insurance and screw it up. They require full payment in advance.

Dr Mark Gordon is an exemplary health care provider. His knowledge as a periodontist is top notch; he keeps his appointments on time; he explains his procedures thoroughly; his office manager, Carol is friendly and efficient. Five stars!

I was referred to Dr. Gordon through my dentist. Dr. Gordon is very professional, honest and personable. He makes you feel very much at ease which makes you realize that you are in very capable hands. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I have full confidence in Dr. Gordon and would highly recommend him unconditionally.

Had a crown lengthening here and Dr. Gordon did an excellent job on the procedure. Already had the sutures removed and have one more follow-​up.
There were issues getting my original appointment made when the office was out of town for a conference and they had a temp answering the phone but that was resolved in a day or two.
My only issue is that when they say payment on the day services are rendered, they mean full payment. I have dental insurance but was asked for the full payment when the procedure was over, even though they had my insurance information. That in itself was not as huge of a deal as the fact that there was no warning given on this. I don’t know if it was because of my insurance company or the fact that I was a new patient or just standard procedure for everybody.
Not sure what they would have done if I hadn’t had the cash — although I did notice a credit/​financing brochure on the counter on my last visit.
