As a result of getting in the real estate market during that down period, I really was able to hone my skills and come to understand what my clients want. Each home I sell is different from the previous and I treat it that way. Each home is just as unique as the people who live in them so why should I treat each home I sell the same? I make the transaction about the property I am selling and the owner, not me. I devise a custom marketing plan that will ultimately result in accomplishing my clients” goals. I utilize the latest technologies and implement marketing that very few agents use. I sell my homes faster and for more money than the average agent but I also spend more money on the marketing than the average agent as well because I understand what it takes to sell a home.
