Mayflower Square Section III

One of the worst place I’ve live, parking sucks. By 9:30pm all the parking spaces are filled and no street parking available. All of the buildings are over 60 years old. With old buildings comes pest. No matter how clean you keep your apartment you’ll still notice roaches!!! I’ve had the exterminator to my apartment several times and I still notice roaches. The walls are so Tin that my neighbors complains even when walking in the apartment. I wouldn’t buy a condo here even if it was free. «IT’S THAT BAD».

If you want peace and quiet, considerate neighbors and a place to really call home… do NOT move here! I won’t go into all the details but to say the least my immediate neighbors are nothing less than rude and inconsiderate. I have been awaken out of my SLEEP several times because of noise, pounding, stomping etc. I have also complained numerous times… still happening and i’m not one to just up and complain about any little thing it has to be substantial. It’s sad to see people like this ruin a community that could otherwise be ok. I would not advise anyone to move here unless maybe if you happen upon a top floor unit or a unit on the very bottom which is surrounded by concrete other wise you will be in hell like I am. I can not wait to move!
However, on a positive note there are some nice people in the community and I see many out walking their dogs and chatting and I do speak with several OTHER neighbors. The landscaping is also very well kept in the spring/​summer months when flowers, trees etc are blooming and blossoming.
I must say that in the beginning when I first moved here (about 5 years ago) I did enjoy it but the neighborhood has changed over the years I guess. I’ve seen better condos around since I’ve been looking.
