Coming from the great state of California, growing up in a Mexican family, from a town where you need to be fluent in Spanish to read the signs and get around, and having some of the best, AUTHENTIC panaderias you can find; I have to say this place is great! I will might dare to say that their bolillos are even BETTER than some you may find in any Mexican panaderia in California. What really impressed me was their«Rosca de Reyes»(traditional for those who celebrate«El Dia de Los Reyes»). I mean for one, they have them, but only on that day. Secondly, they are made fresh. Lastly, the taste and texture… out of this world… WONDERFUL. Pair it off with some champurrado and you’ll feel in Mexico. The service is excellent, everyone is always polite and greets you with a smile. I feel like I’m back at home every time I go. I absolutely love it here.

The most wonderful Mexican pastries you’ll find. Pan dulce is the best, but we’re probably partial. If you’re tired of the typical Krispy Kreme and looming for something new, give this place a shot. Everything is fresh-baked on a daily basis and goes to show that passion really can be baked into your product!

Great service and very clean. The lady was very welcoming. We enjoyed our Mexican bread in the shop and took some home for later — reminded me of the Mexican bread shop my father took me to every weekend in Los Angeles. Must try this fresh bread!

Yummy bread and good customer service. If you ask, they will tell you what time the warm bread will be out. Mmmm their warm stuff is even more delicious.

Stumbled upon this gem one day and now I love to get some pan dulce for Sunday mornings. Everything I’ve bought here has been delicious and super inexpensive. Reminds me of the Mexican bakeries back home in Cali.

Got an assortment of delicious pastries/sweet«breads» here the other day and can’t stop craving them long after they were devoured! It was the first time I’d been to a bakery like this: all the different breads, cake pieces, and cookies are in trays around the room, and you walk around putting the ones you want on a tray. I really liked three things: how friendly and helpful the woman at the counter was despite the fact that I knew nothing about her baked goods and don’t speak much Spanish, how big the portions are for a really reasonable price, and the sweet bread with streusel topping that’s not overly sweet like so many pastries. Next time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to come back and stock up.

I love this place. They have this pastry with a vanilla cream filling that melts in your mouth. I initially went there because it was the closest bakery to my house, but after trying their fare in hooked. And if you’ve read my other post, you know that good service is important to me, and they’re always very helpful with a smile.
