Extremely slow service. Need more than one person serving food with 15 people in line.

There wasn’t a lot of people when I visited, but the line moved really slow. The food was what I’d expect for a Panda Express. I like that they have ample parking since it is near the Walmart. Facility is clean, food is inexpensive, and portion size was beyond normal.

I wasn’t disappointed with their food and service but I wasn’t really impressed either. I’ve been to other Panda’s and was satisfied. This one had a lot of grease but the servers were very polite. Not sure if I’ll go back.

Slowest service I have had at one of these places. Was not happy with how long it took even with a very small line.

When I first had a chance to try Panda Express was at Springfield. It was great I liked it, so much that I would go out of my way about 20 from my house to get something to eat from this location. Is the closer one to me. I quickly found out that quality food varies from location. For example this location, this is the 4th time I try to eat from here and I can’t finished not because I’m full, but Because the food is terrible apart from the staff there’s not much difference. I got«steak» with broccoli. I had two bites. I had to stop and get some real food. It was so bad that I stop worry that it would get me sick. I won’t be going back to Panda Express any time soon. Or ever

Delicious Chinese food and excellent service. You have to order the Sweet Fire Chicken, in my opinion it is their best dish… but all their food is good! All their dishes seem to have a sweetness theme. The Sweet Fire Chicken has a pineapple-pepper glaze over pieces of fried chicken, the Honey Walnut Shrimp is just a little too sweet for me but has a good Crunchiness, texture and taste. Beijing Beef also has a sweet glaze and is my second favorite dish. The fried rice is so good and so is the Lo Mein. The egg rolls come with«plum sauce» which im personally not a fan of and would prefer the normal orange and mustard sauce. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order so the employee gave me a free drink for the extra wait. Though I didn’t mind waiting because I knew they spent the time to prepare the food fresh. What I love about getting their take out is they fill the boxes all the way full of food, and keep filling it up until they have to press down the box to make it close, so that means lots of food! Will be coming back soon

I have passed the panda express hundreds of times, yet, I have never ordered food there — until last night. Panda Express food online looks good, but it also looks like the type of chinese food you buy in the frozen food section of your local grocery store. I think they actually sell frozen food. So for the longest time that was a huge factor for me not wanting to visit panda express. However, my wife and I wanted a break from our usual go-to cheap Chinese take out place and decided to give Panda Express a try. We ordered the family meal online(sweetfire chicken, honey walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, fried rice and chow main… and an egg roll as an additional side item) and went to pick it up. The meal was cheap at roughly $ 35, which is about the same price as many cheap take out places, but less expensive for your sit down style Chinese restaurants. When we arived at Panda Express the food was kind of deli or buffet style, behind the counter already prepared. Not a great sign. However, when we got home we were pleasently surprised. The food was great. It exceed our expectations by miles. Our favorite dishes were the Sweetfire chicken, which is a kind of lemon chicken-esque dish with spices, peppers and pineapples, and the Honey walnut shrimp. Most chinese places give you a few shrimp when you order a shrimp dish, but not Panda Express. Their chinese take out boxes with the panda logo was filled to the brim with easily twenty or so medium sized honey walnut glazed shrimp. The teriyaki chicken was good too, but it was kind of plain — just grilled chicken strips with a hint of teriyaki flavor. The fried rice and chow main were a little bland and one note. However, that sweetfire chicken and honey walnut shrimp were so amazing that it is hard to complain. I would eat at Panda Express again — who knows, I may have found a new Chinese takeout place!

This place has done a great job disappointing us time and again. For the 3rd time, they have managed to ruin our experience. We did an online pick up order due to our previous 2 experiences in this location-The long lines, slow staff, and over-all poor management. Its a fast food place so you’ll think you can order your food, eat, and out of there in an hour? Try again. The 1st couple of times we went there it took us an hour just to order because they did not make white rice upon opening(11 am) and did not make enough chicken teriyaki for their first batch of customers. So we did an online order tonight to avoid all the mentioned reasons above and we thought finally we can actually just enjoy the food. Well after picking up our order and opening the boxes at home, they had placed a fried rice instead of a white rice. Fried rice my kids can’t eat due to egg allergies. It took us half hour drive to and from this place from where we live and with everyone in the family on a Monday night hungry and tired, trust me, this is the most professional review I can give this place. Too bad I can’t give it a 0. We have given this place 3 chances and screwed up on all three. I am done with this place.

This location was very busy and the food was fresh and the workers nice. Quick, easy, good and reasonable. FYI: teriyaki chicken without sauce was really good.

About time I find a Panda Express!!!;) I had been looking for one in a long time and never knew it was this close by. Just your topical Panda Express. If you never had Panda Express you should definitely try it. Not the typical Chinese food. I love how they are always coming up with new dishes. I tried the orange chicken with bacon… It was alright. I would rather do the regular orange chicken thou. Service was great and store was clean;)

I am new to town and after a long drive in the rain I was starving. I popped in here to grab a to go plate to eat in my hotel room. The place is nice and clean and brand new. After deciding on a two entrée and side meal I order the chow mien and the fire chicken. As for my next choice, well that was it, there really wasn’t anything else on the bar to choose from. Everything else was empty. I am not sure if they just had a rush, but it didn’t really look like it. The place was pretty empty. The girl at the counter told me they were making two beef dishes right now and I could wait. It took about 10 minutes but the broccoli beef finally came out. The meal was good and fresh by panda standards. I would go back and give it another try, hopefully next time they will have some options.

I live with a teenager– Panda is on the«must eat here» list and we were not disappointed. Fresh, clean, good customer service and food up to the Panda Express standards. I am certain we will be returning again and again and again…

Standard panda which is my guilty pleasure. This one just opened and is one of the larger free standing stores. Lots of food options and no issues both times I was there.
