Patrick grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and attended college at West Virginia University. While in college Patrick obtained a degree in Landscape Architecture. Watching his father develop property for years in the Annapolis area he took a liking to how it all worked. So immediately after graduating Patrick took up real estate in Alexandria, Virginia which happens to be much like Annapolis. He now uses certain aspects of his degree on a daily basis having a keen eye for real estate. Now selling all over Annapolis, Alexandria, and DC.
