Service is awful. Especially the rude receptionist who acts like she is doing you a favor by trying to schedule a service call.
I’m sure we are all smart enough not to put up with attitude like this

I had some trouble scheduling Perfect Temp to come out and complete the job. Once the office admin did not write down my appointment correctly which made me spend almost an extra week on emergency heat. They were just slow in general to line up appointments and I think because of that the job could have been completed much earlier if I worked with someone else. They seemed to have excuse after excuse and were not proactive at all. Good luck!

I’m tardy in writing this review but seeing that Perfect Temp only has one, I must write. Last summer, our system went out and Perfect Temp was able to get to our house at 8pm and fix it. Gordon was awesome — our attic was so hot! But he had our A/​C running in a jiffy and he showed me everything that was going on and gave some great tips on maintenance and management.
We will definitely call Perfect Temp again in the future if we have any HVAC needs.
