I found this company on craigslist and I took a chance because I needed a termite inspection. I found Sundar to be a pleasure to do business with. He came out to my home shortly after the big snow storm. He arrived on time and he was very friendly and courteous. His customer service was terrific. I would highly recommend the company.

My house is near a pond so it’s inevitable to get more insects and bugs. We have had our houses treated by another company for years but about a year ago, we were referred to Pest Chase. Right off the bat, I got a good vibe from Sundar (the owner of the company), he is extremely professional. He walked around my house with a flash light and looked in every nook and corner and explained to me the different types of bugs we have in the house based on his findings. At the time, I had a 3 month old baby at home, so obviously I was concerned about his treatment plan on the little one but he told me that his company has options to use green ecofriendly products. On the day of the treatment, just to be extra careful, he had asked me to take my baby out for a few hours just to be extra cautious. His meticulous to details, caring about his customers, knowledge about the different bugs and passion for his work really impressed me. It’s been over a year now and I no longer the bugs I used to see. I am a very satisfied costumer!

I highly recommend Pest Chase. I’ve been using them for over a year now. The experience has been pleasant and effective. Our family has two small children and Sundar’s application of green products (per my request) have been noticeably effective, whereas we had many ants and spiders prior to application. The company owner, Sundar, is always very flexible with scheduling, is polite/​respectful with upbeat attitude, and very informative. What I appreciate the most is that he’s not pushy with his services (nor does he rush), as compared to others that I considered/​interviewed before asking Sundar to come back to start his services.

I didn’t know where to start when it came to finding a pest control company. I called around and met with a few companies to get some estimates and options, and ultimately decided to go with Pest Chase for a number of reasons. First of all, the quote Sundar gave me was very comparable to many of the other companies, but unlike others, the quote was what it was, regardless of when I decided to move forward with service. The other companies tried to push me to make a quick decision by «only offering this rate for a limited time». Second, and possibly the deciding factor for me, was how professional and personable Sundar was. He met with me, dealt with my screaming toddler and was sincerely so sweet and kind. He explained his green product to me, and answered all of the questions I had. I did not sign up with him right away, but only because I got sidetracked and misplaced his business card. When I did call to set up service, he immediately got me on his schedule. He was thorough and again made time for me to go over any questions I had with his products (having a toddler, a dog and cats, I wanted to be sure everything was safe). Just yesterday I noticed a spider in my windowsill, so I took a picture and texted Sundar. My neighbor freaked me out with a brown recluse story, so I just wanted to check with a pro. Within minutes, Sundar called me back and immediately made himself available to me. His customer service is outstanding and I seriously cannot recommend him enough! Whether you have a specific problem or just need routine maintenance, Pest Chase is the company you should choose! You will NOT be disappointed!

When I washed my bed sheets last Sunday, I found something on my mattress that I couldn’t identify. I was very paranoid since I know that a couple people in my building had bedbugs. I keep my home very neat and clean. After a sleepless night on the couch I googled Pest Control Services. After reading positive reviews, I decided to call Sundar from Pest Chase Termite and Pest Control. He came to my Apartment in less than 30min after I called him. I don’t know any service that responses so quick to a call. Sundar checked my place and after an hour he gave me peace of mind since I did not have any evidence of bedbugs. He is very professional and honest and cares about his customers. I highly recommend Sundar and would definitely use his services in the future.

Sundar came to our home to check out a pest problem. Our problem was small and manageable, and it turned out we did not have to use his services, but we were so impressed by his demeanor and pleasantness, that we had to leave a good review! He did not push us to use services we did not need, and it was obvious within minutes of talking with him that he is an honest businessman.
