One of his best features is his patience and flexibility, making sure you find a home that truly suits your needs, lifestyle, and budget. His honestly and patience show his great character and his vast knowledge of the real estate market reflects his many years of experience. Phil will definitely see things in a house that a client may not and let them know potential issues and general outlook of the home/​neighborhood.

As a first time home buyer, the whole process can be quite daunting. Fortunately, I was able to find Phil, and his assistance was invaluable in purchasing my first home. People who read these reviews must keep in mind that each and every home-​buying experience will be different, because home-​buying is essentially a people business and everyone is different. Every situation will be different. If you have a seller and seller’s agent are reasonable and willing to work with you, things will go smoothly. If you run into a seller/seller’s agent who won’t play by the rules, then things can go badly, which ended up being my case. It made the whole process extra stressful and negotiations that much more complicated.
But through it all, Phil was there to provide objective guidance and stayed calm. He took his time to understand my needs and crafted a solution that eventually worked for both sides. His patience and knowledge were what really impressed me. This may sound easy, but believe me, not all agents have that in them. To me, that is really what separates GREAT agents like Phil from good to average ones. Phil is methodical, has a easy-​going personality, and truly knows his stuff. He takes notes and is willing to talk you out of more expensive properties if he thinks it’s not a good fit for you. These are qualities that are rare in an industry where most agents just look to make a quick buck by putting in as little time as possible.
