Born first generation Lebanese-American, the culture and tradition of Lebanese cuisine was instilled in me at a very early age. I remember being a brat kid with my Teta (grandma) making Tabbouleh by hand for me, watched my father and mother build a successful Middle Eastern Wholesale business from scratch out of their Brooklyn Apt, and sat down at many family dinners with Pita Bread and Hummus at the table.
The thing I love about Lebanese food is it’s more than just food, it’s family and comfort.
And now I want to share with all of you!
