Thompson Creek Window Company

We contracted with Thompson Creek twice and both times had a wonderful experience. The first project was to repair our soffets and the posts on the front of our house. We had tried 3 other places and they either pressured us for a sale or did not show up. Thompson Creek came and met with us and did a great job on the project. They were on-​time and quick. They finished the project and cleaned up so that there was no sign that they had been there.
As a result of the first project, we had them do our windows. They scheduled their visit and finished in a single day. The windows are beautiful and very well made. We noticed a difference in our house right away.
I could not recommend them enough.

My experience with Thompson Creek was surprisingly excellent.
It started with a guy ringing my doorbell. Against my better judgement, I set up a meeting with a sales representative to discuss replacing my sliding glass door. I then read some of the other reviews and got nervous, but everything turned out extremely well. The quote for the door was cheaper than I expected, the transaction was easy, the installation crew showed up at the scheduled hour and were pleasant to my wife and worked quickly.
I fully expected that I would wind up regretting my decision to entertain the salesman who knocked on my door, but that never happened. Things went smoothly at every turn. I will definitely contact Thompson Creek if I decide to take on another window/​door project.

Don’t believe the hype on TV or the ads you get in the mail. I first answered the website online «get a quote» and they never returned my call. Then there was this commercial with all the discounts. I tried that with no results, so I left it alone. I swear within the last month I get a call at least 3 time a week and all with the same stupid pitch. NOW they want to offer discounts. Finally today I told them to stop calling. Sometimes you can’t always ignore the phone calls.
