My biometrics been lost min twice thanks to this office. Some Asian looking officer took my biometrics and forced me to fill out assessment form for his service. I didn’t want to get myself in trouble and filled out and gave him a good rate as he was right there staring at me. I don’t think I’d had other choice. Anyways, I ended up going there three times in total for I-​75. Not sure how the whole thing works but they lost my fingerprints twice already. The guard and reception lady/​guy are always nice and helpful. The only complaint is that arrogant Asian officer.

I just came back from getting my biometrics for green card application (i-​751 form), and wanted to let people know that early walk-​in worked. I went in 6 days earlier than my original appointment, but the guard did not care. The guard was nice and polite. It was Wed 3pm, and there were 3 people waiting before me, but I only had to wait for 5 minutes. Finger printing was very quick, and I was done in total 10 minutes.
