UPDATE: 2÷6÷15… My 2p-​4p appointment for a tech to come and evaluate/​repair came… and went…
Called windows office and asked where the repair guy was, was told they would look into it, called back after 30min and wanted to rechedule,
No way!!! as I had already taken the day off of work… I was not going to take another day and roll the dice to see if they would show up…
A manager finally contacted me shortly afterwards and wanted to send a crew out that evening… It was now about 5:30 pm… said a crew was in the area and would be at my home about 7pm…
Crew showed up 7pm and after showing them the problems, went straight to work, about an hour later all three left and the issues were fixed…
Were things finally fixed to my satisfaction, Yes…
Was the service leading up to the final repairs satisfactory, No

I spoke with multiple window replacement companies before deciding on Window Universe. Window Universe far exceeded other contractors with a reasonable price, great customer service and high quality work. They also delivered and installed my windows in a timely fashion. I had multiple windows replaced in my home and I will ask them to replace more next year. I highly recommend Window universe.

Hey Window Universe,
I’m not sure what you guys don’t understand about the review guidelines, specifically when it says you cannot pay someone to write a positive review.
I’ve heard from multiple friends that Window Universe has been offering $ 200 to anyone who writes positive reviews on their Unilocal page, and requires that it be done before the work has even started. Talk about a sham!
Notice how the other reviews only talk about the general company or only the sales aspect.
This is the kind of stuff that we can do without on Unilocal.I’d be sure to take any of these reviews with a grain of salt.

I had several window contractors come to my condo complex and check out my windows. I have a terrible condensation problem and a leak, causing water to appear in between my window panes. After consulting with 4 other contractors, I decided to go with Jason at Window Universe! He was the most thorough, spent the most time with me, and most importantly, had the most competitive pricing! Can’t wait to see the final results.

My wife and I noticed 2 windows in our computer room that wouldn’t close all the way and a lot of cold air was getting in. We also had a small window in the basement above our sliding glass door in which the seals were failing we wanted to get fixed.
We had a window repair company come out to give us a quote to fix the 3 windows. Unfortunately they told us they all needed to be replaced. They gave us a quote which wasn’t that high (in comparison to some companies we checked with) but the big issue was they didn’t give any info about the window replacements they would use. Needless to say we decided to shop around.
We came across Windows Universe on AngieList, and I had actually had them come out a few weeks prior for a quote on a Storm door which we ended up putting on hold, but now that we needed windows replaced I figured I’d give them another call.
The first thing that jumped out with this company was their willingness to work around our schedule. My wife and I both worth until 5:00 and don’t even get home till 6:00. Jason the rep was more then willing to stop by late in the evening so we didn’t have to take off work. And not once but twice he did this.
Another thing I liked about this company was the up front pricing. They had a window cost sheet and the break down of everything. You could also pick and choose different features of the window. Did I want the Low-​E + Argon package or did I want the triple pane glass or did I want both? It was easy to see what each option cost and what the total price was.
We have a few companies come out that either the price continued to change throughout the conversation or they just threw out one # with no break down of cost per window, installation etc.
This is just a few of the reason we choose Windows Universe.

Had Window Universe replace two cheap entry doors with high quality Provia doors. The sales rep was willing to work with me on understanding what the options were, clear on pricing, etc. They were prompt with follow-​up on measurements and installation. Pricing was very competitive. All together a good experience.

After looking at several window replacement companies, I ended up choosing Windows Universe. Jason, the sales rep, did an excellent job of reviewing the options and explaining all the nuances involved when window shopping. It was nice that he was flexible with scheduling time to meet and very patient as there are many options and styles to choose from. I also appreciate that their prices were competitive since I have to use wood windows and they cost a pretty penny! I’m looking forward to my install at which time I will update my review.

AJ Bennett gave me a good price on windows for my whole house. The price was a great value. I signed a contract for them to do my house. Its been a great experience.
