Woodmont Park Apartments

NEVER EVER MOVE INTO THIS APARMENT. It has the worst customer service ever. I give it 0 star that shows how bad it is.

I had the worst experience with this stupid woodmont apartment management. I submitted an application for one of their apartment. They told me they can’t approve my application because I work for a taxt exempt organization (an embassy) when I had never had an issue with that in the past. I asked to speak to the property manager, Kim. I told her I’m a US citizen and I am obligated to pay taxes even if my embassy us tax excempt. After a long argument she agreed to process my application. I waited for two weeks to get approved. I had provided them with my tax return, my bank statements, my rental information for the past thirteen years, and paid the application fee and security deposit. After two weeks of waiting (during which I called them every few days and emailed to check on the application status, most of the time my emails hot ignored and calls were not returned as they promised) I called today to cancel the process. I wish the manager was just honest with me and stuck to their stupid rules than to have deceived me and gave me false hopes. I went to another apartment and easily got approved. Thank god.
